Le Coq Sportif Joakim Noah Pro Model 2.0 Play Off
Iconic French brand Le Coq Sportif have designed three exclusive new models for famed French Chicago Bulls basketball player Joakim Noah.
The limited edition Le Coq Sportif Joakim Noah Pro Model 2.0 perfectly blends innovative internal performance features with a vintage external shell giving the shoe a balance between a respect for authentic values and the ability to survive in the modern world.
The inspiration: a tennis shoe that was designed in 1982 for Joakim’s father, French tennis player Yannick Noah. Yannick become the only Frenchman to win the French Open in modern history. He was wearing Le Coq Sportif during his French Open win.
“I am proud to be a Le Coq Sportif ambassador, not only because I have a French background but also because I feel very close to the spirit of the brand. I am lucky to have a shoe designed for me and feel really good in Le Coq Sportif,” said Joakim Noah.
The Joakim Noah Pro Model 2.0 is available in three colours: red on red, black on black and an exclusive white version outlined with hints of red that are accented with suede overlays.
Only 180 pairs of each colour will be released globally in July 2011.
