David Bowie is the kind of artist who writes and performs what he wants when he wants…when he has something to say as opposed to something to sell.
Bowie, compelled to say something now, is releasing his first album in ten years: The Next Day.
Bowie’s influential career has contributed not only to the music industry, but also in the areas of art, fashion, style, sexual exploration and social commentary.
The already released single “Where Are We Now” is the first official track off the album.
The Next Day will be released (in Australia) on Friday 8 March, 2013 through Sony, it is currently available as a pre-order through iTunes.
