Christian Lacroix: Love Who You Want
Christian Lacroix Maison has launched a new porcelain collection that brings together the characters of the Lacroix universe.
The collection was inspired by the Cadavre Exquis game that was invented in 1925 in Paris by the surrealists Yves Tanguy, Marcel Duchamp, André Breton and Jacques Prévert, in which one follows up on a painting without knowing what the previous artist has done. This process is emphasised in the playfulness of the collection titled Love Who You Want. The Christian Lacroix Maison combined images from their Haute Couture collections along with their more contemporary collections.
The collection is playful, with the intention for the individual to mix and match the pieces to create their own custom collection. The unique range includes dessert plates, vases, coasters and magnets.
Love Who You Want was created in collaboration with renowned porcelain manufacturer Vista Alegre.
