Saint Laurent Music Project: Jack Kilmer
Rising American actor Jack Kilmer is the focus of a new image series, which was shot by Hedi Slimane.
Slimane took the 19-year-old actor and posed him in a series of black-and-white photos, to capture and showcase Kilmer’s rebellious rocker style.
The photos see Kilmer in a range of attire from the collection, such as the L17 Motorcycle jacket, the Classic YSL Western Shirt and YSL Aviator frames. Slimane composes the sleek, almost Jim Morrisonesque look of Kilmer, and fits the young actor in perfectly with these series of images.
This isn’t the first time Kilmer has worked with YSL. He also walked in the label’s SS 2015 runway, wearing pieces from the Psych Rock Collection.
