Paris Fashion Week Ready to Wear SS14 Approaches
Paris Fashion Week Ready to Wear is set to begin, concluding the major fashion weeks of the SS14 season.
The Ready to Wear shows are a chance for fashion houses and brands to not only present their garments, but to make a statement about culture. The runway space, the music and the lighting are all considered to evoke the designer’s message about being present. Brands traditionally associated with Paris Fashion Week, such as Chanel, Cêline and Louis Vuiton, will this season continue to inspire and evoke discussion.
Highlighting that his vision for fashion extends beyond the boundaries of the discipline, Rick Owens is currently showing his bespoke furniture collection in London. Known for his passion for material experimentation, he will show his SS14 collection on Thursday 26 September at 6pm (CEST).
