Milan Fashion Week: Uomo SS16
Milan Fashion Week: Uomo SS16 is set to commence and present the best of Italian and international menswear fashion.
This season we look to the high-end, long-standing fashion houses for their extraordinary and continuously evolving designs. Last year saw a wide variety of collections presented from these brands that ranged from the vibrant, colourful and patterned, to the muted, structured and modernist.
Our picks for this season include:

– Missoni 4:00pm (CEST)
Sunday 21 June
– Ermenegildo Zegna 10:30am (CEST)

– Versace 8:00pm (CEST)
– Philipp Plein 9:00pm (CEST)
Monday 22 June

We also direct our attention to the top emerging designers who are showcasing their collections at Milan Fashion Week: Uomo SS16. This new breed of designers includes Facetasm, Damir Doma, D.GNAK, Leitmotiv, Christian Pellizzari, Luca Larenza, Andrea Pompilio and MSGM.
Forming a new generation of fashion talent, these designers each have proved how a combination of hard work, dedication, a little recklessness and a different eye for aesthetic can turn a dream into success. A fresh approach lies behind many of these designers:
D.GNAK: “Beautiful colours and patterns mixed and matched in the most easy and unexpected way … that’s my kind of aesthetic.”
Andrea: Pompilio: “Personally, I think that fashion has a strong connection with the playing dimension. So if I enjoy fashion and play with it, I think that everyone can feel that energy through my collections.”
Our picks among the emerging talent, include:
Sunday 21 June
– D.GNAK 11:00pm (CEST)
– Andrea Pompilio 3:00pm (CEST)
Monday 22 June
– Damir Doma 5:00pm (CEST)
– MSGM 3:00pm (CEST)
