Arjowiggins Creative Papers has launched a limited edition book, titled A+S61. It tells the story of their papers and presents a selection of their 61 most coveted.
A+S61 is both a working tool and a beautiful object for art directors and creatives wishing to understand the history and potential of their papers. A+S61 is composed of two books contained within a debossed sleeve. The first, A, is for About, while S61 represents the 61 samples presented within the second book. The limited edition book presents the tactile and sensory qualities of paper, highlighting the expertise of Arjowiggins Creative Papers.
The story of A+S61 starts in Arjowiggins Creative Papers’ mills where paper comes to life, materials take shape and where every sheet develops its own personality, texture and colour. Curious Matter, one of Arjowiggins Creative Papers’ latest innovations is made from potato waste and forms the cover of A+S61. While Conqueror is used for the text pages and made from 100% cotton it embodies the history of Arjowiggins Creative Papers. The book forms a meeting between the history and future of paper.
Since 1770, Arjowiggins Creative Papers has manufactured fine paper collections and customised papers. From their Anglo-French roots, they now have four factories in Europe plus a factory in Latin America and another in Asia.
